    Unable to wash to my car due to it's height. (Lowered) instead of stopping me before I pay, I had to stop them and ask if my car would make it over the guard. After creeping up to it, it was determined that it wouldn't make it . It took well over 10 minutes for a refund and my car was prewashed that left spots over it. Ended back over to Splash-n- dash that was not only greatly cheaper, but able to wash my car. I couldn't imagine what would have happened if I hadn't of stopped them to ask if I would make it over!
